Hi, I'm Jess
For years, I’ve sat in the middle of real-world performance, wellbeing, career, and culture conversations with leaders who care deeply but are scared of saying the wrong thing, escalating risk, or damaging trust.
I’ve watched HR teams stretch themselves thin, writing scripts for every situation and fielding escalations.
I’ve seen good leaders second-guess themselves into silence or avoid tough conversations, which can costs organisations a lot of money because small issues escalate because no one knew how to have the conversation early.
It’s for these reasons that I created Conversation Kits.
Drawing on more than 15 years in senior HR, leadership, and coaching, I created Conversation Kits to turn real-world experience and behavioural science into practical, editable tools leaders can use in the moment.
I give HR teams and leaders evidence-based words, structure, and confidence to have conversations that build trust, clarity, and accountability.
There are no subscription fees, platform overwhelm, and no waiting for a time consuming tech setup.
Leadership lives in the quality of everyday conversations, and my mission is to turn those moments, such as, performance, feedback, wellbeing, career, and culture into conversations that matter.

My Journey
I'm a leadership coach, facilitator and former senior HR leader who helps organisations turn challenging people moments into conversations that build trust, clarity and accountability.
Over more than 15 years in ASX-listed organisations and professional services, I've led global programs, coached executives and teams, and designed practical, evidence-based tools that leaders can use in real work, not just workshops.
My work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, coaching and culture. As an EMCC-accredited coach and team coach, I'm known for a straightforward, human-centred style that combines care with clear standards.
Through Conversation Kits, I focus on making high-quality leadership conversations practical and accessible for small HR teams and time-poor leaders, so every employee experiences fair, consistent and human leadership in the moments that matter most.
